With a background in reporting for LAist, Los Angeles Times Community News and magazines, and as the author of novels, short stories and audiobooks, Mary Castillo knows stories and how to tell them.
Her long-term clients trust her to interview donors, grateful patients and students, and community partners. She then tells their stories in print, online and broadcast media to drive engagement, stewardship and awareness.
Mary has written, edited and produced impact reports, press releases and media pitches, feature stories, newsletters and social media content. She provides further support by securely managing Word Press websites and social media accounts.
Mary serves her writing community as vice president of programs for the Orange County Chapter of Romance Writers of America.
If you would like to discuss your projects with Mary, she’d love to talk with you.
