Report. She interviews Ladino singer, Yasmin Levy for the February/March
2010 issue of Latino Future Magazine.
2009 ::: Mary
is a finalist in the National Hispanic Media
Coalition’s TV Writing Fellowship. She interviews Chef Daisy Martinez of the
Food Network for Latino Future Magazine and features burlesque
starlet, La Cholita on her blog, Chica

Between Men. Her short fiction can be found in
the anthologies Orange
County Noir, Names
I Call My Sister, and Friday
Night Chicas. She is a frequent contributor
to Latino
Future Magazine. Her articles
have appeared in Romance Writers report, Animation
World Network, Tu
Ciudad, Catalina and Rise Up.

1992 and then received her BA in History from the University of Southern
California in 1996. For a brief time she was a reporter for the Los
Angeles Times Community News and also worked as a public relations
and advertising copywriter before writing novels full time.
